Tripp's Baby Shower

Saylor started Kindergarten!

About a week after Tripp was born Saylor started kindergarten! Everyone kept asking if I was super emotional about it but I felt kind of bad because I really wasn't! Saylor had been to 2 years of preschool already and this felt about the same. A few hour break from each other is always good for us:) When she starts 1st grade and is gone ALL day....then I'll be super sad. Saylor is so social too, she was very excited!

It's kind of tradition at our house to have a 1st day of school photo shoot.  Say is quite the poser.  It took a LOT of begging on my part to have her let me curl her hair.  I thought she looked darling! Sorry for the huge amount of pictures but she is just too cute!

Say was even lucky enough to have her dad home to walk her up to her class on her 1st day!

We just love our little kindergartner! Say actually complained of not liking school the first few months.  She would tell me everyday that she was sick or that school was cancelled.  She said it was so boring. I think it might be because she was so used to having so much fun at preschool! Kindergarten is serious business around here! But Say loves it now and is reading so well! She has learned tons. I have been told by other moms that she chases boys at recess! She is so boy crazy. I am hoping she gets it all out of her system now.

Tripp's 1st roadtrip was to St. George to visit Aunt Kirstie when he was about a month old! Kirstie was running a half marathon so we got to go cheer her on!

We had the best weekend swimming and relaxing
