Fall Break

We had an awesome fall break! I wasn't very good at taking pictures at the beginning but we started off the break going out to dinner with friends and to a drive-in movie to see Planes! We had a blast! We folded down the back bench in our van and made a giant bed and snuggled and ate yummy treats! It was the best. Then we drove down to St. Louis for a few days and it was tons of fun!

We wanted to go to one more Cardinals game before we move. We got a great view of the arch on our walk over to the stadium!

Busch Stadium is amazing! Our seats were up super high but it was fun just being there in all the excitement!
These cute girls loved being together!
I had to add in this picture because this is how Oakley acted for most of the game...CRAZY!  Haha we literally had people staring at us because she was screaming at the top of her lungs and totally freaking out.  Oakley takes tantrums to a whole new level.  But what can you do? We enjoyed the game anyway:)
She finally exhausted herself from all the screaming and fell asleep...

 Go Cards!
We spent the next day at the zoo and the weather was perfect!  We got there early so we could  pet the sting rays and sharks for free!  It was so cool!  They swam right past us and we got to pet them lots.

Sara and Cole were such good sports and came and hung out with us and the Warner's and all our kids! They are expecting their first baby next month and we really initiated them into what vacations are like with kids haha!

Oaks really loves Sara!
 In the Butterfly Room
Oaks really took a liking to Cole too, it was pretty cute!
 Jumping to Daddy!
 My girls are such daredevils!
Love these beautiful girls more than anything!!!

 Family shot
West and Oakley had tons of fun together too!

 Loving Daddy time!

Posing in front of the zebras
 Such a fun group!

We were all sooo exhausted after walking around the zoo all day!  The kids fell asleep almost instantly after getting in the car.  We headed over to Ted Drewes for the most amazing frozen custard EVER! Eden and West were asleep too so all the adults sat outside eating ice cream and it literally was the most relaxing part of the whole trip! Sometimes I forget how tiring it can be to take trips with kids! It was nice to go back to Kirksville and relax at home for a few days before Ty had to go back to school!

This isn't fall break but here are some other cute pics...
Saylor got to ride on a school bus for her first time on her field trip to the pumpkin patch!
 She found the perfect pumpkin!
I told her to turn around for a picture and these are the poses she gave me....love this girl!

Oakley was so happy she got to tag along and she even got to eat snack with Saylor's class.  She was begging to ride the school bus the whole time though!

Lisa and I threw a baby shower for Sara and I'm sad I only took a few pictures!
We had a donut bar and people could dip their donuts in chocolate, maple, vanilla, powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar or sprinkles!
 Cute little parfaits!
How did I not even get a picture of the mommy to be?! Sara will be the cutest mom ever, so excited for her and Cole!

P.S. We find out where we are going for rotations in 4 days!!! Can't wait for the stress to be over!

Say's 1st Soccer Game

Saylor missed the age deadline for spring soccer by 2 weeks so she was SO excited she was finally old enough for fall soccer!  She would wake up and ask me every day if today was her soccer game.  The night before her first game we went and bought her shin guards, new shoes and new soccer shorts.  She insisted on wearing them to bed!

Say is on the same team as her good friend Eden.
Playing goalie!  I posted a video on instagram that showed much better how great of a dancer Saylor is while playing goalie at the same time haha! This girl was definitely meant to be a dancer but it's been fun for her to try soccer out too.
Saylor is definitely very enthusiastic!
Lisa was so cute and came with Max to Saylor's first soccer game to cheer her on.  Saylor was SO excited to see Max!  During time outs she would run to the sidelines and give Max hugs!  Max loved watching the game and clapped the whole time, it was the cutest thing!
Our adorable little soccer player!
Oakley and West wish they could play too.  Here they are taking turns brushing each other's teeth haha.
4 year olds playing soccer is so hilarious!  Saylor mostly stays on the outside of the pack and every once in a while we have to remind her there is a game going on haha!

Practicing with dad on the sidelines
Saylor's favorite part of the game....the snacks at the end of coarse!
And I had to throw in these cute pictures of date night last weekend...I love love love all these people soooo much!  Seriously some of my most favorite people ever.  I couldn't survive this whole med school journey with out them.
We had such a fun night playing bocci ball and going out to dinner at the lake.  Ashley, the one on the far left just gave birth to a beautiful, 11 pound baby boy last night! (Naturally, I might add!) She's pretty much my hero.
It's been a crazy hard week with Ty gone every second studying!  He took a test this morning and then ran off to go put on a golf tournament.  But as soon as he gets home in a couple hours, it's officially FALL BREAK!!!  I get him all to myself for a full week!  The girls and I are SO EXCITED for Daddy time!
