Camping and Twin Falls

We finally took Saylor on her first camping trip! Me, Ty and Saylor along with Matt and Sarah decided to meet Juliana and Nate in Raft River, Idaho for a fun camping trip. We ended up going the wrong way and taking the longest way possible to Raft River but we finally made it and it was well worth the drive to have a mini friends reunion.

The place we went had two huge slip and slides that were so much fun! At one point I think we had all of us on one tube. We also had contests to see how far we could go down the slide, I'm pretty sure Matt and Ty were the winners.

Even Saylor got to go on the slip and slide! After that she took a nap in the shade while the rest of us played all day-what a good baby!

After our eventful camping trip we headed to Twin Falls to stay at Juliana and Nate's brand new house! After going to church Sunday morning we ate a delicious breakfast.

Lunch with Court

My good friend Courtney was in Utah last week and we were lucky enough to catch up a bit at OG! It's so good to see old friends, especially when you have cute little kids to get together! Tyler wanted to make sure Saylor looked extra cute just in case Saylor and Colter ever get married... you never know, we caught them holding hands in the car!

I love that I am still friends with my high school friends, it is crazy how old we are getting and how much we are growing up!

It was supposed to be a girls day but Ty and Matt both really wanted to see Court so we let them come too.

Thanks for coming to visit Court!! It was so fun to see you and your adorable little boy!

Cousins

We decided to get some pictures of all the cousins but we didn't realize how incredibly hard it would be to try to get five kids to be happy, smile and sit still all at the same time. I don't think we got any of all of them happy but there were still a lot of cute ones. Saylor and Tra were actually the most well behaved of everyone.
It's also difficult to get pictures of babies that can't even sit up yet. We were trying to prop Saylor up on something but she was already on her way down in this picture.

It's so wonderful to have a photographer in the family! Stig did such a good job and the flowers at Timpanogos Temple were beautiful!

Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House

Tyler's friend Taggart was in town this weekend and we went with him to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house. South Jordan is the only city in the world to have two temples. What a blessing to live in a place with so many temples close by! This was actually my first time ever going to a temple open house and it was really cool to be able to walk through the whole thing.

I am so thankful for temples so our family can be together forever!!

Saylor the Fish

I put Saylor in Mommy and Me swimming lessons mostly just to give me something to do but I found out that Saylor loves the water! She is by far the youngest in her class but she is also always the happiest one! She never cries and really just smiles the whole time.

Saylor also loves going to Seven Peaks!

Ty was asking me what babies do in swimming lessons and I told him we mostly just sing songs. Here is a video of Saylor getting dunked under water. She looked just like a fish when she gets dunked, it's so cute. She opens her eyes, sticks her tongue out and squirms around like a fish.

Okay so she isn't really talking but she sure has found her voice! Just in the last few days she really loves to make noise.
